APPOINTMENTS ONLY - no walk-in will be permitted to allow for social distancing in the premise.
while we disinfect the workstation and will notify you when we are ready to service you.
HAND WASHING - will be required upon arrival. Staffs will wash hands before any service is performed. 

SCREENING QUESTIONS & SIGN RELEASE FORM  - upon arrival and sign of COVID-19 Release Form (See below for the form. Forms are available at the salon to sign or printed out before you come whichever you prefer).

MANDATORY MASK WEARING - everyone in the premise will wear a mask.

TEMPERATURE CHECK - upon arrival using non-contact infrared thermostat. We will need to reschedule your appointment if the temperature is over 100.4 degrees. All staffs will have their temperature taken upon arrival to work and adhere to the same rule.

CUSTOMERS & STAFFS ONLY - are permitted in the premise. Minor can be accompanied by a parent.

While we hope normalcy will return soon, these rules and requirements will remain in effective until the end of the emergency is declared. We will continue to follow the officials’ guidelines and remove or add to these requirements accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, patience and compliance of these new guidelines. 



As a result of COVID-19, there are new safety guidelines required by the State to keep all services safe for our staff, customers, and community. Furthermore, incorporating these required guidelines to the services increases our expenses. If you come into our salon for service, then you will agree to these required guidelines and the new prices. Groupon offers a discounted price which you are still getting from the regular price.  It does NOT protect you from pandemic price increases. However, if you do not agree then you can ask Groupon for a refund. Without these price increases we cannot operate profitably to remain in business. These guidelines and increases will be lifted when the officials announce an end to the crisis.

Groupon vouchers are NOT valid for customers that have been to our salon within the past 12 months. It is intended for new customers to try out our salon only. Greeting our amazing customers. We have been working diligently to put the new safety measures in place to adhere to the State Health Department, the Cosmetology Board, CDC and OSHA. These will ensure the safety of our staffs, customers, and community. Your understanding, patience, and compliance is appreciated during this time.

_________ I understand the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious. It is impossible to determine who has it and who does not, given the current limits in virus testing.
_________ I understand that due to the frequency of visits of other clients, the characteristics of the virus, and the characteristics of nail services, that I have an elevated risk of contracting the virus simply by being in the salon.
