*Appointments are appreciated in order to serve our clients as efficiently as possible. When an appointment is made, it takes up an open time slot away from another client. No-shows and late arrivals delay our service or take away an available time slot from another client in need of our service. We have the right to reschedule the appointment if it is more than 15 minutes late. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late or cannot make your appointment. We understand life happens and are just asking for a courtesy call. Likewise, sometime we have things happen that are out of our hand causing us to run behind; so, please we are asking you to be understandable too if you have to wait 15 minutes (uncommon but does happen).
